at the airport now.. off to taiwan!

went to mrs boks house on the 9th of dec and it was really fun! haha met up w xh zhiying and amelia at e mrt before taking 158 down to her house. was deciding whether to drop by the new sch campus and take a look ard since we were EARLY but didnt in e end. ahh but its okay! we'll be back for homecoming and theres a sch tour for us! hahaha. yepp went to mrs boks condo directly and e xmas decos were so nice! it was like a mini orchard road there and there was this v nice playgrd cum pool! ahh it was fun! and 4k is always so funny! mrs bok is still e same- her constant attacks on kh and eddy! hahaha and there was so much to talk about! and mrs bok played wii! and thanks for the nice food! (:


4k chalet was really fun(: stayed over last night and it brought back wonderful memories! it was e first full night tt i didnt sleep at all! and surprisingly i wasnt really v slpy throughout e whole of last night. prob cos of e great company(: haha we went for dinner at ehub, caught a movie (which was rather bad) and went for a walk at pasir ris park! we found a bbq pit to sit down and talk and it was nice how we could talk about everything! haha from things we did when we were young to e future! haha despite e many awkward silences at times. decided to go back to e chalet after a while and we continued talking there! for more than 2 hrs! woots it was so funny(:


ahh i miss 4k so much! such wonderful memories and fun! we must keep in contact ya(: our once a yr pact! hopefully everyone will be able to go for e gatherings, even those tt will be gg overseas! haha and colin reminded us of e 75th sch anniversary. we'll be 40 plus by then.. eeeks! sounds so old! haha but we'll definitely meet up(: all e best!

yesterday was great. it will probably be one of e most memorable days in our lifetime(:

graduation ceremony in e morning. we went back to the old campus at tanjong rhu! ahh i really miss e place so much and its a whole different feeling to be back there(: i was looking forward to seeing e new sch, probably tts y i couldnt slp e previous night. okay probably not, but i really couldnt slp haha. mr sng's and mdm leong's speeches were really encouraging and heartwarming! and thinking back, i really enjoyed e times in dhs.

i cant say tt there were no regrets. esp at the beginning of this and last yr when we were exposed to a whole new range of tchers and diff teaching methods, there were times when i asked myself why i chose to stay in dhp. but such regrets were short-lived thankfully, because staying in dhs for 6 long yrs left lasting memories and values tt r priceless. i couldnt ask for more. in fact, like what many of e speakers said, these 6 yrs passed in a flash. it seemed as tho it was only ytd when we entered dhs for the 1st time. the hardest times were probably experienced this yr, when we had to pull thru e various sch exams and the long-awaited 'a' levels. yet these left vague memories. tho it was just a month ago, i cant really rmb what it felt like to be stuck at home for e whole day staring at pages of notes after notes. what intrigued me e most during this period was e friendship and help both our peers n teachers provided for us. ah its probably more than just friendship and help- theres so much more wonderful memories tt just cnt be described.

our tchers are great. its not just about them being experienced or preparing notes or lecturing us. we really do appreciate all the effort, fun and laughter put into making lessons enjoyable. and e wonderful wonderful times we all had outside lessons. how often do tchers drive u home? how often do tchers bring marked assignments directly to yr doorstep? how often do tchers sacrifice time, or fork out time frm their ever-busy schedule for e numerous consultations and all?

friendship forged during these few yrs is priceless. these experiences in dhp have brought e level closer tgt and these will b e ppl tt will b our friends for life. 4k, e four of us(:, 6c42, g8, geog cls etc etc. im really thankful for all e times tgt(:

moving on, prom was held last night at swissotel e stamford. it was fun! kudos to e prom comm for organising such a memorable event! our table was so funny but we spent quite alot of time walking ard and taking photos(: ohh haha and mengshuen was so funny when e prom king and queen were announced! ahh i really miss e times w 4k! all e funny funny times! yepp and im sure tt there will be more to come(:

and to end off, happy birthday twin!! woots you are 18! hahaha in more than a wks time we will be all 18! yayy(:
